The vast majority of world trade, including online trade, related distribution agreements, construction and infrastructure projects with supplies and subcontracts, and international corporate transactions are conducted in English and following Anglo-Saxon contract models.For a legal advisor or in-house counsel called upon to participate in the preparation and negotiation of documentation relating to any aspect of these broad areas of business, an understanding of business practices and a mastery of the terminology used are essential.The objective of this course is to provide, entirely in English, a first and fundamental insight into the issues faced by professionals when approaching contractual and legal documentation in the general international arena and in some specific areas (M&A; Agency and Distribution and Joint Ventures plus International Procurement).
