Blastness (Italy 1st Booking Engine Provider in the Luxury Hotels Segment) – I am the head of the following departments: Revenue Mangement, New Tools Development, Customer Care, Academy
My main tasks are developing partnership projects with our top clients, working on the development of Revenue Management strategies and implementation of Blastness’ Online Distribution softwares.
At the same time, I am developing reporting, revenue management and customer satisfaction systems that are now part of Blastness’ services portfolio.
Alitalia – Reporting directly to the Revenue Management director, I was in charge of a 6-member team responsible for corporate Reporting, Forecasting and Planning.
Royal Group Hotels and Resorts – I was in charge of Revenue Management for the 6 hotels belonging to the Group.
Alitalia – Revenue Manager for the flights to and from the U.S.A., Canada, and India. In 2006 I won the Alitalia Internal Business Game for high-potential graduate students organized by CESIM.
